Portfolio, Programme and Project Offices (P3O®) is part of the Office of Government Commerce (OGC) Best Practice approaches to various management challenges such as Managing Successful Projects with PRINCE2. Managing Successful Programmes (MSP), Management of Risk (M_o_R). The overall aim of this 3 day course is to introduce the P3O Foundation qualification syllabus topics, preparing participants to be able to gain knowledge of the concepts covered by the OGC P3O Guide. The course will focus on the knowledge and understanding of P3O. During the course we encourage participants to consider value at work, at the same time preparing for the Foundation Examination.
