Suitable for individuals who will be required to take leadership roles in portfolio, programme or project office roles or those wishing to gain formal qualifications after a period of support office experience.
P3O Foundation only - 3 days
Suitable for individuals newly-appointed to portfolio, programme or project office roles or those wishing to gain formal qualifications after some support office experience. The course would be of benefit to those aspiring to a more senior role.
P3O Overview - Half or Full day
Suitable for P3O teams or senior management who wish to gain a high level understanding of the P3O guidance.
