Assigning roles and responsibilities
Defining risks and your organisations' attitude to implementing Agile PM
Creating a prioritised list of requirements using MoSCoW
Defining Increments and Timeboxes for the project

Practitioner level:

The practitioner level encourages and equips you with an in-depth knowledge of not just the certification, but also how to apply and implement these principles into the life of a project manager on a daily basis. This level focusses on the real application of the theory and builds on the Foundation Level.
